Welcome
Beginning at the beginning–this study is built on the biblical truth of our Creator having made man to have dominion, a theme that should resonate with most all men, irrespective of one’s religious persuasion. Obviously, the basis for studying these truths is:
- And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. (Gen. 1:26)
- What is man, that Thou art mindful of him? And the son of man that Thou visiteth him? For Thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and has crowned him with glory and honor. Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of Thy hands: Thou hast put all things under His feet. (Ps. 8:4-6)
Confident that the framework for this Dominion study was inspired by God, it is our hope to help put every man possible on the same page with regard to understanding and exercising the authority we have in Christ over our adversary’s ability.
On the pages of the Dominion Bible study you will be introduced to both biblical and empirical evidence that believing men are meant to have dominion over:
- Self
- Satan
- Circumstance
- Sin
David Norris, Marvin Walker, David Bernard, and Michael Williams are all individuals in the vanguard of ministry to men. Each, in their own unique style, shares timeless truths that will reinforce the faith of every man regarding living a victorious life in Christ, irrespective of the time, or times.
These truths can be embraced by men from a cross-section of socio-economic strata, as well as spiritual development. While novice believers should find the information challenging, more mature believers will discover intriguing insights worthy of further study. The lessons are meant to be taught in approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on how extensively one wishes to pursue the various scriptural passages to be considered.
To be sure, this Dominion study will add a dimension of biblical understanding unique to the role and responsibility of believing men to every student. May God bless you to experience and exercise dominion.
